Request Paid Support or Consulting Services

If you are still having issues after utilizing our Resources page, we offer three paid support options available to help our customers.  Basic and Advanced support are based on an hourly rate.  There is a 2-hour minimum.  We can work with you via email, phone, and screen-sharing to help you get started and to use the add-in effectively.

We also offer world-class project-based consulting services for developing Excel-based tools and document automation solutions. Over the past 20+ years, we've helped many small and large organizations (including Microsoft and Cisco) develop highly-effective tools. These consulting projects are based on a Statement of Work and fees are typically based on customer-approved completion of milestones.

  • Quality audits to improve credibility (e.g. error-checking, data source and results validation)
  • User training
  • Tasks requiring business, industry, and technology expertise
  • VBA programming
  • Integration with data sources (databases, web services, etc.)
Consulting Services Project-based

Design and development of complete Excel-based tools and document automation solutions

Examples: proposal generation tools, ROI/TCO calculators, cost and benefit estimators, business and financial analysis tools, solution configurators, engineering/scientific/technical calculators, diagnostic/assessment tools, data analysis, etc.


You can purchase support at any time. Basic and Advanced support must be paid for in advance. Simply fill out the support request form and we can get the process going in a few easy steps:

We will reply with our availability and ask you to confirm interest. If applicable, we'll send you an invoice (via PayPal). 

The invoice will include a basic standard services agreement and a standard mutual confidentiality agreement. See sample terms at the bottom of the page.

  1. Pay the invoice via PayPal

You do not need a PayPal account, you can pay via credit card. AnalysisPlace will not see your payment information.

  1. Once payment is received, we will schedule your first session via email

We can provide support via email, phone, and/or screen-sharing (WebEx, Skype, etc.)

If you require further support, we can invoice you after services are rendered (you must pre-approve services via email)

The invoice will contain the following terms (or similar):

Upon receipt of payment, the seller agrees to provide support services to the buyer. "Quantity" in this invoice refers to the hours of seller support effort. Support time can be provided via email, phone, video conferencing, or offline work as requested by the buyer. "Support Type" is defined at

Seller agrees to provide support with personnel competent in providing the "Support Type" requested. Seller agrees to provide "best efforts" in assisting customer within the agreed-to hours and time-frame.  There is no warranty or guarantee. Service must be provided within 6 months. Payment for any unused support is not refundable. Each of the parties agrees to keep confidential any information obtained from the other party (except information publicly available).
