Update and transfer limits are based on downloads/transfers into Word/PowerPoint. An Update is counted when the user transfers data into the destination client. The following buttons result in an update count: "Update Document", "Get Excel Source Data", or "Create Document".

Monthly usage allowances are higher during your first month (to allow for learning, experimentation, and document set-up).  Usage limits for the first month are shown in parentheses.

"ItemPoints" are counted as follows:

ItemPoints accumulate as updates occur in Word/PowerPoint.

If you are signed in to your Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, or PowerPoint), your name typically appears in the upper-right corner of the application.  To sign in to Office: File > Account.  AnalysisPlace cannot see/access your account information -- however, if you are signed in, we can view a unique identifier; which we can use to better connect your applications.

Quantity of content data transferred into destination Word/PowerPoint documents. Template-based cloud reporting (reports updated on our servers from templates) also include 10% of the size of the file itself. PowerPoint updates include 20% of the size of the file itself (10% for upload + 10% for download). This is because the file (along with your data content) must be uploaded to the servers, processed, then downloaded to your computer.

Single Sign On (SSO) using your business account is the easiest and most secure authentication method. Microsoft only provides basic profile information (name, email) to AnalysisPlace. Your credentials are managed and controlled by Microsoft and your organization.
